TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking a room.
You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by making a reservation.

1. If you book a room after midnight, you are reserving it for the same day with a 3 p.m. check-in, not an immediate check-in. This policy applies ONLY to same-day reservations.

 

2. Refund Policy, Cancellations, and Changes:
 

1.1. If you cancel your booking 21 days before your check-in date, you'll get a full refund.

1.2. If you cancel 14 days before your check-in date, you'll receive a 50% refund.

1.3. Regrettably, we don’t offer a refund if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date.

1.4. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

 

3. Guest  Policies:
 

          2.1. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

          2.2. No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, or noise.

          

4. Quiet Times:
         Sun-Thurs: 10 pm to 8 am
         Fri-Sat: Midnight to 9 am

We value our guests' comfort and rest, so we have designated quiet times and request that noise levels be kept to a minimum during these times.

3.1. This includes low-volume electronics, television, music, conversations, entering and exiting the house, and making food in the kitchen.
3.2. No cooking in the kitchen during quiet times. Getting food and drinks quietly is ok.

3.3. No hair dryers.
3.4. No watching TV in the livingroom
3.5. No laundry

5. Security and Personal Belongings:
 

          4.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring the security of the property by locking doors and windows when out.

          4.2. The property is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal belongings.

          4.3. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and its contents during their stay. And may be                         charged for repairs or replacement.

6. Liability:
 

          5.1. The property is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

 

7. Termination of Stay:
 

           6.1. The property reserves the right to terminate any guest's stay who violates these terms and                                       conditions without a refund.

 

8. Governing Law:
 

          7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State                      of California.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and additional charges for damages or violations.
